When this recipe says to keep mixing, please keep mixing! Melting the sugar into the butter can be challenging, and so can adding the mixture to the egg yolks. Take it as slow as you need, but turn the heat down on the butter a little to keep it from burning if you’re going to take a while!

Hi friend! Fun fact! The human body can only absorb one liter of water per hour, and not all at once! Likely the reason you’re peeing so much is because you’re taking in too much water at a time, so your body just flushes it through your system as opposed to absorbing it. A good rule is ¼ liter every 15 minutes. Don’t get me wrong, there are definitely times that I want to (and will) glug a whole liter like it’s nothing, but steady hydration throughout the day is key! -Your friendly local wilderness first responder who rehydrates people for their job 🙂
when i saw the headline ‘golf digest helps free man from prison’ i thought it was gonna be, like
“he’s clearly in the background of this golf photo! that proves he wasn’t at the crime scene!!”
as opposed to, like
“this guy in prison sent us his cool golf fanart but we didn’t want to promo a serial killer, so we looked into his case and thought it looked pretty flimsy and probably racially motivated”
