its so weird that the cats in warriors were only in the forest territory for like 8 books in the main series [and a handful of super editions/novellas] but to me the forest territory has always been like more recognizable than the lake??? which is SO weird considering that we’ve seen the lake territory for like, 20 books

but yes yes YES i agree that its bc theres no landmarks really at the lake and if there ARE they’re not named or nothing is done w them, esp in thunderclan. i think theres like…one tree or something??? in the lake territory thats noted to be taller than most in thunderclans forest & then the abandoned twoleg place but other than that. no landmarks

in the first arc we spent time at sunningrocks, snakerocks, the owl tree, the thunderpath, etc etc etc and they all had something to DO with thunderclan and conflicts happened there. it was important!!!

now in the current books its like…..”in part of thunderclans forest lionblaze fought someone” but in arc one u could;ve just said “at snakerocks there was a fight” and you could automatically picture it, know it happened in thunderclans territory, etc etc if that makes sense

im kind of rambling but YEAH i just think the lake territory isnt that notable or recognizable??? and we’ve been there for ALMOST THE WHOLE SERIES
