1.) Actively trying to repress unwanted memories at 1AM (or later!)

2.) Ruminating on how you’re a piece of garbage.

2a.) Then using DBT skills to try and stop the ruminations.

2b.) Rinse and repeat.

3.) Pick at your skin.

4.) Feel like crying but can’t.

5.) Look up wholesome memes and positivity blogs.

6.) Google your mental illness diagnosis/symptoms for the 1000th time.

7.) Think about the future.

7a.) Stress about the future.

8.) Cuddle on blankets and hide from everything.

9.) Read angsty fanfiction.
