can white women (and everyone else, but especially white women) stop glorifying florence + the machine, she had a horribly racist music video and seeing as she hasn’t addressed the racism it’s likely that she still holds racist beliefs. i dont care if you like her music or whatever but can you at least stop acting like she’s god’s gift to the gays and instead pick some other white woman to fawn over

edit: if you dont want to watch the video, here is an article that talks about the video’s racism a little – basically the video is very antiblack, as it depicts a man in blackface as a villain and uses “voodoo” in an appropriative and belittling way
