What’s the story behind Tobiko’s special eyes?

Well, Tobiko is siamese, so that means he has temperature dependent albinism. He actually has albino eyes. In certain lighting his eyes are a very dark blue, but when the sun hits you can see them become red. His pupils are always red though.
